What we collect

When you apply, we collect your name, contact details, portfolio links, and what you tell us about your work. If you pay an advance, we receive payment details so we can reconcile it. Contact-form messages are stored so we can reply.

How we use it

To review applications, run the residency, arrange logistics with confirmed participants, and reply to enquiries. We do not sell your data.

Who processes it

We use trusted services to operate: our email provider (Resend), our payment provider, and our hosting and database providers. Any card details paid online are handled entirely on the provider's secure systems — we never see them.

Keeping & deleting your data
