Refund & Cancellation

What the advance is for

When you're confirmed for an edition, the advance holds your place. You pay the balance no later than one week before the edition; if it isn't paid by then, your place may be cancelled or changed. The amount goes toward running a small, curated two-day gathering (accommodation and meals are included).

If you need to cancel

Amounts you've paid are not refunded in cash — they are carried over as credit toward the next edition (one edition only). If you don't attend that next edition either, the credit lapses and you pay afresh for any future edition.

If an edition is postponed or cancelled by us

If we postpone or cancel an edition, the amount you've paid is carried over to the next edition.

Photographers & other artists

Photographers and other artists may request a separate art/photo session, subject to everyone's availability.
