Refund & Cancellation

What the advance is for

When you're confirmed for an edition, the advance holds your place. It goes toward the cost of running a small, curated two-day gathering (accommodation and meals are included).

If you need to cancel

[Set the exact rule, for example: "The advance is refundable in full if you cancel at least 14 days before the edition; within 14 days it is non-refundable as the space and food are already booked."]

If an edition is cancelled by us

If we cancel or reschedule an edition and you can't attend the new dates, your advance is refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Email hello@reemyartresidency.com with your name and the edition. Approved refunds are returned to the account you paid from, typically within 5–7 business days.
